Having permanent cosmetics on my eyebrows and upper and lower eyelids has enabled me to be well presented in an industry where it is usually impossible to wear make up. Now that I am a business owner rather than just a swimming teacher, it is important for me to portray a professional image all the time - whether I'm wearing a pair of swimmers out by the pool or meeting customers at the front desk. Having these procedures done has made my life a lot easier and allowed me to look professional with minimal fuss. The eyebrows have added shape to my face and the eyeliner has completed a look that I am very happy with. I initially felt a little unsure about having it done because of the fear of doing something new and different, but it was well worth it. I had my eyebrows and eyeliner all done at the same time and felt nothing more than a mild sensation. Michelle was constantly asking how I was feeling but it didn't hurt at all. The way Michelle insisted on taking the time to redo a part that looked fine to me when I went for my eight-week check up clearly showed that she takes pride in her work, she's professional about that she does, and her follow up is thorough. I have since recommended Michelle to a couple of our customers and they are really happy with her service as well. After my last touch up I went to a conference in Australia and was told that I looked younger than I did the year before! It's nice knowing that you look good, and it's even better when other people notice it.

I was most impressed with Michelle’s professionalism, her manner and the cleanliness of her premises. She is a truly lovely lady and is always immaculately dressed. After a discussion of what was to happen, how I would feel afterwards, the procedure commenced. I am highly delighted with my new eyebrows and they have certainly made a difference to my eye area.
